Role Overview

We seek a driven and personable Business Development Officer (BDO) to lead outreach efforts with medical stakeholders across the Ernakulam district. This hybrid role combines remote work with regular in-person appointments. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Medical Representative in B2B settings, particularly in the healthcare domain, strong communication skills, and an established professional social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate both virtual and on-site meetings with key decision-makers

Conduct on-site visits to assist with onboarding and relationship building

Maintain long-term customer relationships through proactive follow-ups and support

Represent the company across digital platforms to promote brand visibility and trust

Gather feedback from clients to help shape product development and strategy

Requirements

Location: Even though the role is remote, the nature of this job requires you to reside in Kerala, India

Experience:

• Freshers or Experienced candidates who would like to work with healthcare clients
• Proven background in customer relationship management
• Languages: Fluent in English and Malayalam
• Technology: Comfortable with CRM tools, email, video conferencing, and digital communication
• Social Media: Active and professional presence on LinkedIn or similar platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational background in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related fields
• Previous experience working with hospitals, clinics, or healthcare-focused tech solutions
• Familiarity with community engagement or digital outreach is a bonus
