Hi,

We are Hiring FOR International voice Support

Salary and Benefits:

Freshers Rs 21,000 take home per month plus Rs 1800 as performance bonus (Salary not negotiable)
Experienced Rs 23,000 take home per month plus Rs 2500 as performance bonus (Salary not negotiable) (minimum 6 months required)
Two-way free cab facility for both pick and drop (*25 km radius)

Requirements:

Experience: 0 to 4yrs (Any industry and freshers are welcome)
Education: +2 / Higher secondary & above
Good written skill in English and spoken skill in English is required
Should be an immediate joiner
Should be able to work in night shifts (no day shifts)
Fixed week offs on Saturday and Sunday

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for customers, primarily handling inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues via phone, email, and live chat.
