Key Responsibilities:

1. Investment Analysis & Structuring:

• Perform analysis and due diligence for potential strategic investments/project.
• Analyse legal, tax, and commercial aspects of opportunities.
• Develop commercial and legal structures for funds and potential investment vehicles.
• Prepare Information Memorandums, pitch decks, proposals

1. Financial Management & Planning:

• Analyse group financials and cash flow
• Conduct financial reviews and analysis of portfolio investments.
• Assist in treasury management and financial decision-making.

1. Investor Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth investors.
• Address investor queries and concerns effectively.
• Prepare and monitor MIS for investors.
• Manage Investor reporting.

1. Founder Support:

• Engage in networking activities with Investors and start-ups within the ecosystem.
• Draft and review professional and legal documents.
• Maintain the highest level of discretion in handling sensitive information and ensure data security compliance.
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Provide exemplary support in expense reporting, budget management, and financial documentation.

Qualification & Experience:

1. Chartered Accountant (CA)
2. 1-2 years relevant experience in financial analysis, deal structuring, or venture capital.
