About the Role:

WissionTalks is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Founder’s Office Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the founding team and contribute to strategic, operational, and storytelling initiatives that shape the future of grassroots innovation.

This is an unpaid 6-month internship, designed for high-learning and hands-on experience. Ideal for those passionate about storytelling, startup ecosystems, and building meaningful platforms from the ground up.

About WissionTalks

WissionTalks is a storytelling and awareness platform under the Wission Axis ecosystem. Our mission is to spotlight unsung visionaries—entrepreneurs, creators, activists, and changemakers—from local communities across India. We aim to create a TEDx-style engine focused on real people, real stories, and real impact.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research for speaker curation, event planning, and community outreach
• Coordinate with colleges, partners, and local networks to support storytelling initiatives
• Support content development and editing for speaker stories and brand messaging
• Explore global storytelling practices and conduct competitor benchmarking
• Manage documentation, internal processes, and coordination workflows
• Contribute ideas in planning meetings and assist with daily operations

Who We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Media, Communications, or related fields
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing time across hybrid responsibilities
• Strong research, coordination, and project management abilities
• A proactive, adaptable mindset in fast-paced startup environments
• Interest in entrepreneurship, innovation, and community-led impact
• Bonus: Experience in events, storytelling, youth communities, or digital content
