Were looking for a Founders Office Intern to work closely with the team building Builder Nest Indias grittiest, most real buildspaces for founders across Tier 2/3/4 towns. This isnt a coffee-fetching internship youll be part of strategy calls, ops hacks, culture rituals, and ground-up community building.

Its an unpaid 6-month internship, high on learning and ownership. Perfect for doers who want to build something real before they graduate.

Builder Nest is not a WeWork. Not an incubator. Its a movement house by house turning everyday homes into raw, local, founder-powered buildspaces.

Started by Axibator (under Wission Axis), Builder Nests are physical startup homes in small cities where builders jam over chai, launch MVPs on weekends, and find collaborators without filters.

Responsibilities

• Help manage the Founders calendar, comms, and priorities
• Coordinate with local Nests, space partners, and mentors
• Research ecosystems, founders, programs, and rituals globally
• Assist with storytelling, content briefs, and documentation
• Contribute to Notion systems, weekly planning, and rituals
• Join ground ops like build jams, community mixers, or founder events
• Support outreach for partnerships, speakers, collaborators

• Students or fresh grads in Business, Communications, Entrepreneurship, or Design
• Excellent written & verbal communication (bonus: social media/content skills)
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguity-rich environment
• Obsessed with startups, community energy, and building things from scratch
• Self-managed, detail-driven, and action-biased
• Bonus if you&aposve attended a hackathon, run a college club, or shipped a project
