At TID Collective, we’re building at the intersection of storytelling, investing, and innovation – through:

Now, we’re looking for someone to join us in the Founder's Office – a role that’s as exciting as it is challenging.

This is a 0 to 1 role and which will give you an access to what it takes to build new ventures, turn ideas into projects, and how innovation ecosystems come alive!

What you’ll do:

• Drive Innovation Charters for large enterprises – Innovation Workshops to Startup Sourcing, Evaluation and Executing PoCs!
• Drive strategic projects across podcasting, consulting, and investing
• Be the execution muscle for big ideas (programs, partnerships, collabs)
• Manage projects, programs, and multiple stakeholders like a pro
• Use tools like Canva, Gamma & AI-powered platforms to make ideas pop and bring prototypes, demos or your art as the artist on the table!
• Research, analyse, and bring fresh insights to shape decisions

Who you are:

• Energetic, curious, and hungry to learn
• 1–3 years in Corporate Innovation, Consulting, Project/Program Mgmt, or Startups
• A strategic thinker + hands-on doer who loves wearing multiple hats
• Someone who thrives in startup chaos & wants to grow with it
• MBA or Business background in studies preferred.
