Founder's Office

We are looking for a full-time team member, working remotely from India in our founder's office role. You will be assisting Dr. Nourah Abdul Kader, scale her 1.2 Mn USD orthodontic practice to 2 Mn, by thinking and executing actions like an entrepreneur. This role is not for someone who wants to do a regular salaried desk job, but someone who truly wants to step up, roll up their sleeves, lead with clarity and execute on the founder's vision.

Dr. Nourah has nurtured talent in the past, that have now become the CEOs of her other companies - Caapid Simplified and OrthoBerry. In her third, and biggest venture, she is looking for a support system who wants to build the business with her, with the spirit of a co-founder. We don't have any playbook of success here. You'll need the qualities of an entrepreneur minus the medical knowledge required to deliver orthodontic care to patients.
