About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Insurance Caller to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling insurance verification, claims follow-up, and payment posting activities, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding claims and improving overall cash flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to US insurance companies to verify patient eligibility, benefits, and claim status.
• Follow up on denied or delayed claims to secure timely payment resolution.
• Understand and work within payer-specific guidelines for EOB review, AR follow-ups, and denial management.
• Update PMS/RCM systems accurately with call notes, claim statuses, and payment outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve claim or data discrepancies.
• Meet daily and weekly productivity and quality targets aligned with client SLAs.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in US healthcare RCM (Insurance calling / AR follow-up / Claim resolution).
• Strong understanding of medical billing terminologies, EOBs, and HIPAA compliance.
• Excellent communication skills — clear, confident, and fluent in English.
• Ability to work in US shift timings (Night shifts).
