Driven by a 10,000-strong peer support community and a passionate team of over 100 changemakers, PANHA offers an anonymous chat platform, human Buddy support, AI-driven 24/7 support, and counseling therapy sessions. PANHA addresses issues such as breakup trauma, family disputes, academic pressure, financial stress, anxiety, and depression by providing a non-judgmental buddy service and professional counseling. The vision is to decrease suicide cases and create a better world.

Role Description

This internship role is based in Rohini and involves day-to-day tasks such as assisting the founder with operational management and marketing activities. The role requires working on-site, focusing on coordinating internal projects, analyzing market trends, supporting strategic planning, managing communication channels, and contributing to overall organizational goals. The intern will be responsible for creating marketing content, engaging with the community, and assisting in optimizing operational processes.

Qualifications

  • Operations Management: Process coordination, project management, and strategic planning
  • Marketing: Content creation, digital marketing, social media management, and market analysis
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, community engagement skills
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis, and familiarity with marketing tools
  • Work Traits: Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and teamwork skills
  • Relevant education in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • Experience in mental health or peer support networks is a plus
