As a Founder's Office Intern at Readiant, you’ll work directly with the founding team to support key strategic and operational initiatives across the company. This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves building from scratch, and wants a front-row seat to how startups are built. Responsibilities Strategic Ideation: Contribute to brainstorming sessions on product, growth, and operations. Research market trends and user needs to bring fresh ideas to the table. Founder Support: Take on high-impact special projects—from user research to deckbuilding to internal ops—that directly support the founder’s goals. Product & Growth Road mapping: Assist in structuring product and growth roadmaps, ensuring initiatives are well-prioritized and execution is on track. Team Building & Coordination: Help build the early team by identifying key roles, sourcing candidates, and managing recruitment pipelines. Coordinate across team members to ensure alignment and accountability. Qualifications Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or any related field. Strong communication and organization skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action Comfortable with ambiguity and self-driven problem-solving Familiarity with basic tools like Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides.
