Role: Founder's Office Intern As a Founder's Office Intern, you will work closely with the founding team across multiple verticals, gaining first-hand experience in building and scaling a consumer-facing startup. This role offers exposure to business development, influencer marketing, event management, and social media marketing in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Research and engage with premium F&B, lifestyle, and hospitality brands. Assist in onboarding creators and managing the Crimson Collective network. Events & Community Building: Support in ideating, planning, and executing influencer and brand events in restaurants, cafs, and lifestyle spaces. Coordinate between brands, creators, and internal teams for seamless event execution. Marketing: Assist in managing Crimson Collective's social media presence. Create and curate content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. Contribute to branding initiatives and community engagement campaigns. Founder's Office Projects: Work directly with the founders on projects, research, and strategy, take ownership of operational tasks, reporting, and execution. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Founder's Office Intern located in Mumbai. The Founder's Office Intern will be responsible for supporting the founder in daily tasks, which may include market research, preparing reports, organizing meetings, handling communication, and assisting in the development of strategic initiatives. The intern will also collaborate with various departments to ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day activities and special projects.
