Hoztr is a travel-tech startup focused on curated short-term and mid-term stays, helping people discover high-quality homestays and serviced apartments across India. We combine humanised guest experience with technology-driven operations to build an intent-first travel platform.

As part of the Founder’s Office at Hoztr, you will work directly with the founding team on strategic, operational, and growth initiatives. This is a high-impact role for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and are eager to contribute across multiple business functions. The position offers exposure to high-level decision-making and the opportunity to help build a rapidly scaling travel-tech brand from the ground up.

• Marketing & Growth:

   Execute digital and offline campaigns, influencer collaborations, and brand activations.

• Content & Communication:

   Support content strategy and ensure brand consistency across all channels.

• Business Development:

   Identify and manage partnerships with travel agents, property managers, and hosts.

• Strategic Projects:

   Collaborate across teams to execute core initiatives and growth experiments.

• Research & Analysis:

   Conduct research to support strategy, operations, and investor readiness.

• Strong communication, research, and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working with tools like Excel, Notion, and Figma (or willingness to learn quickly).
• Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• Passion for travel, startups, and creating impact.

Eligibility (recommended):

Open to pre-final and final year undergraduate or postgraduate students from any discipline, with a strong interest in business, strategy, or marketing.
