Founder's Office - Global Ops & Partnerships

Education:

Location: Mumbai • Hybrid • Full-time (5.5 days/week) - 2 days in office

Eligible candidates need to be 23years+

The Role -

In this role, you will work directly with the founder, gaining first-hand experience in building  new products.

• Build and manage relationships with school counselors, parents, and key stakeholders across

  India, Singapore, and the Middle East

  .
• Support the founder in designing

  new learning products

  , from concept to launch. Coordinate across core business functions —

  partnerships, product, research, and operations

  .
• Conduct research on emerging trends in education, student development, and social impact ecosystems.
• Prepare presentations, briefs, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent the brand at various forums - online and offline

Skills needed:

-Clear and fluent communication

-High EQ, patience & empathy

-Quick learning ability

-Good with excel, spreadsheet & presentations

-Strong Interest in Education and Social Impact

Compensation Range: INR 400,000 - 600,000 annually
