In action since 2018, our aim is to create powerful alliances to address pressing challenges that are affecting the world and our School of Changemakers has been doing just that.

The School of Changemakers offers experiential learning across 10+ impactful themes, from financial inclusion, climate adversity, and tech for good and more- blending theory with hands-on experience.

These are curated with our partner social impact organisations that empower learners to take meaningful action and be inspired to do more. These experiences leave participants not only skilled but inspired to continue making a difference in their communities long after the program ends!

In fact our participants have gained recognition, through prestigious awards like The Diana Award in 2022, 2023, and 2024, given TEDx talks, and collectively impacting over 10,000 lives. We have been able to partner with top IB schools that recommend our programs to participants and we’ve driven real, on-the-ground change with inspiring partners such as the Kailash Satyarthi Foundation, Rangde (a peer-lending platform), Thinksharp Foundation (supporting 5000+ government schools), Aftertaste (providing dignified livelihoods for artisans), Gulmeher (empowering waste workers), Shakti, Calcutta Foundation, CHI, and many more.

The role will help you build your skills across strategy, content, project management and partnerships.

1. Strategy & Execution

• Work closely with the Founder to bring new projects and campaigns to life.
• Research trends in EdTech, learning design, and youth programs to guide decision-making.
• Assist in building systems, dashboards, and processes for smoother operations.

2. Content & Learning Design

• Support in designing learning experiences for participants(workshops, videos, or online content).
• Collect feedback from students and trainers to refine programs.
• Help translate complex ideas into simple, student-friendly content. 
• *As our participants are majorly high school students and undergraduate students, these have to be relatable and relevant to the lived experiences of GenZ!

3. Partnerships & Communication

• Coordinate with schools, NGOs, and partners for ongoing and new collaborations.
• Draft proposals, pitch decks, and short reports for outreach and impact storytelling.
• Represent the organization in meetings and events as and when required.

Preferred Background

• Graduate in Business, Economics, Education, Psychology, or related fields.
• Prior internships or volunteering experience in startups, education, or youth-led organizations is a plus.
