Job Description

Your Role and Responsibilities

Work directly with the founders and leadership team on high-priority projects.
Assist in managing strategic initiatives, business operations, and growth planning.
Conduct research, analyze data, and provide insights for decision-making.
Support cross-functional teams in implementing company-wide projects and ensuring alignment with the company's vision.
Contribute to business development, partnership discussions, and other key areas as needed.
Set & Review Quarter goals and make sure they are implemented.
Key vision, Responsibility and values are properly set and conveyed to the team. To make sure there is no disconnect between planning and execution.
Interact with key customers and make sure their expectations are fulfilled.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to think strategically and handle confidential information with discretion.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Experience with business operations is a bonus.
Good understanding of Enterprise Sales & SaaS products along with sense of customer excellence.
Leadership qualities accompanied by problem solving skills.
Familiarity with tools like ERP(SAP), CRM, OKR Management, Emails would be a plus.
