Job Description

Job Responsibilities (मुख्य कार्य):

Die Setting & Changeover
Rotavator blade बनाने के लिए forging / press machine पर die सेट करना।
Old die को safely remove करके नई die fit करना।
Die alignment, bolt tightening और safety lockup सुनिश्चित करना।
Setup time को कम करना और production downtime control करना।
Production Monitoring
मशीन operators को सही operational parameters बताना।
Blade shape, curve, angle और size specification के अनुसार उत्पादन करवाना।
Output quality और quantity maintain करना।
Quality Control
हर lot के बाद sample blade का dimension checking (thickness, bend angle, hole positioning आदि)।
Defect आने पर तुरंत corrective action लेना।
Caliper, Template, Vernier आदि measuring tools का इस्तेमाल करना।
Safety & Maintenance
Preventive maintenance team को time पर breakdown और wear-out parts की सूचना देना।
Die life बढ़ाने के लिए lubrication और handling standard maintain करना।
Work area और टीम की सुरक्षा standards follow करवाना।
Team Handling
Helpers और Machine Operators को training देना।
Attendance, work discipline और shift coordination manage करना।

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
