Job Description

As a skilled Foreman with experience in production supervision and machine maintenance, your role at our agricultural implements manufacturing unit will involve managing day-to-day operations on the shop floor. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the production of agricultural tools such as blades, harrows, and tillers, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of all workshop machines and equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the manufacturing of agricultural tools, including tillers, J-type blades, and disc harrows. - Allocate daily work to welders, fitters, and helpers, and monitor their output. - Ensure that production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met. - Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications. - Coordinate with the inventory team to manage raw materials and consumables. - Prepare daily production reports and submit them to the Plant/Production Manager.
