Job Description

Desired Candidate Profile:

Diploma Mechanical / Metallurgy / ITI – Fitter / B.Sc.
Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in Pellet Plant operations, preferably in the Iron & Steel industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

Monitor and manage Pellet Plant operations, specifically in the hot zone area.
Maintain key operating parameters to achieve targeted output and control product quality.
Ensure smooth functioning of ID Fan, FD Fan, ESP, dedusting system, and water complex operations.
Supervise and coordinate raw material handling, proportioning, and mixing.
Maintain strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency and reliability

Any Other Skill / Attribute:

Strong understanding of Pellet Plant hot zone processes and equipment functioning.
Ability to work under pressure and manage operational challenges effectively.
Team-oriented with willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Good
technical aptitude
with hands-on experience in plant machinery

Personality Traits:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
A keen listener with proactive thinking.
High level of discipline, integrity, and safety consciousness.
