Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect us with

  reliable Indian sneaker manufacturers

• Shortlist factories based on

  quality, materials, MOQs, and scalability

• Coordinate sampling, revisions, and approvals using existing tech packs
• Support

  costing, MOQ, and timeline negotiations

• Act as the main coordination point with manufacturers
• Ensure

  timely follow-ups and delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience in

  sneaker / lifestyle footwear sourcing

• Strong

  Indian manufacturer network

• Understanding of sneaker construction, materials, and quality standards
• Experience with D2C brands, export houses, or premium footwear manufacturing
• Independent, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a startup environment
