About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Food Technologist to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience in food formulation and development, particularly in juices, powders, and dry mixes. You will support new product development (NPD) initiatives, conduct sensory evaluations, and assist in launching innovative products to market.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and optimize formulations for food supplements line juices, resin, powders, and dry mixes.

● Conduct sensory evaluations and analyze results to guide product improvements.

● Assist in the execution of new product development (NPD) projects from ideation to launch.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, and Marketing.

● Maintain detailed documentation of formulations, trials, and testing. (Dossiers)

● Support scale-up activities and pilot plant trials.

● Knowledge on regulatory for artwork approvals will be an additional benefit.

Qualifications:

● Bachelors degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.

● 2-3 years of experience in food formulation and development.

● Hands-on experience with sensory activities and basic product testing.

● Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a creative mindset.

● Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
