Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Food Technologist to join our team. This person will play a key role in ensuring the quality, safety, and consistency of our products, as well as supporting new product development and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and improve coffee blends and related products(like Cocoa,Tea)

Ensure all products meet food safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Perform hourly checks for decided parameters such as EC (Electrical Conductivity), TDS (Total Dissolved Solids), pH, and temperature during production

Work closely with production and packaging teams to maintain consistency

Conduct shelf-life studies and sensory evaluations

Monitor raw materials and finished goods for quality and compliance

Maintain accurate documentation of product specifications and testing

Setup a new Internal lab

Support R&D efforts for new coffee products and innovations

Monitor Production Planning

Note - Interview round will be face to face.
