Job Description

Laboratory Testing

Conduct daily tests on wheat and flour (moisture, ash, gluten, falling number, farinograph, extensograph, etc.)
Ensure accuracy, SOP compliance, and equipment calibration
Report deviations and support root cause analysis

Application Trials

Execute baking trials (bread, biscuits) for flour performance validation
Document trial data, simulate customer conditions, and support product development

Documentation & Records

Maintain lab registers, test reports, sample logs, and traceability
Help prepare Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for dispatches

Support QA Team

Assist in audits, complaint investigations, and validation exercises
Follow GMP, GHP, and FSSC food safety protocols

Key Requirements

Diploma/B.Sc. in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field
2-4 years lab experience in a flour mill or bakery testing environment
Proficiency in flour testing instruments and data accuracy
