Food Technician

As a Product Development Specialist, your role will involve developing new food and beverage products from concept to launch. You will also be responsible for enhancing existing products by improving taste, texture, nutrition, cost, and shelf life. Your tasks will include conducting product trials, evaluating ingredients, and optimizing recipes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop new food and beverage products from concept to launch - Enhance existing products for taste, texture, nutrition, cost, and shelf life - Conduct product trials, evaluate ingredients, and optimize recipes As part of Quality Control & Food Safety, you will need to implement and monitor food safety standards such as HACCP, ISO, GMP, and FSSAI/USDA/EU regulations. You will be responsible for performing sensory evaluation, physicochemical tests, and microbiological analysis to ensure that products meet company and regulatory quality specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and monitor food safety standards - Perform sensory evaluation, tests, and analysis - Ensure products meet quality specifications In the area of Process & Production Support, you will optimize food processing methods and production lines. You will troubleshoot manufacturing issues related to formulation or processing and prepare SOPs, production guidelines, and technical documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Optimize food processing methods and production lines - Troubleshoot manufacturing issues - Prepare SOPs and technical documentation Your role will also involve Research & Data Analysis, where you will analyze consumer trends, raw materials, and processing technologies. You will conduct shelf-life studies, stability testing, and maintain accurate records, test results, and technical reports. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze consumer trends, raw materials, and technologies - Conduct shelf-life studies and testing - Maintain accurate records and technical reports In terms of Compliance & Documentation, you will ensure compliance with labeling regulations and nutritional standards. You will maintain documentation for audits and certifications and work with regulatory bodies for product approvals.
