Food Server

Job Summary

We are looking for a female Food Server with prior experience in the food and service industry. The ideal candidate will be friendly, well-presented, and confident in communicating with customers in English while taking orders and providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and ensure a pleasant dining experience
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Answer customer questions about menu items and make recommendations.
• Ensure cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining space.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth order flow.
• Handle basic customer requests and concerns politely.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and café service standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Female candidate preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in food service or hospitality industry
• Prior experience as a Food Server / Waitress
• Ability to speak and understand English confidently while taking orders
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Polite, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Well-groomed and professional appearance

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of café or restaurant service standards
• Basic knowledge of food and beverages
• Team player with a positive attitude
