Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Human Resource Associate. The HR Associate will handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, assisting with payroll processing, and supporting recruitment initiatives. The role includes fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and providing HR-related support to the management team. Additionally, the HR Associate will be actively involved in employee engagement activities, training coordination, and addressing employee queries promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HR operations, including employee onboarding, payroll processing, and record management
• Experience in recruitment processes, talent acquisition, and candidate evaluations
• Ability to coordinate training programs and develop employee engagement initiatives
• Familiarity with workplace compliance and labor law requirements
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
