Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Server at Shri Vrinda Restaurant located in Ayodhya (U.P.). The Food Server will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking and delivering food and beverage orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests. The role also includes assisting with menu recommendations, handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally, and coordinating with kitchen staff for efficient service.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service
• Basic Cooking knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus
