Role Description

As a Food Server, your responsibilities will include greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a satisfying dining experience. You will maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, assist with any guest inquiries, and work collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams to uphold high standards. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Patna, requiring excellent customer interaction and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service and excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Service practices
• Strong Communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
• Basic understanding of Cooking terms and food presentation is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage tasks
• Previous experience in food service or the hospitality industry is advantageous
