We are seeking a Receptionist who is confident, well-presented, and experienced in handling customers for a café and gaming zone environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in client interaction, package sales, and team coordination, while maintaining a welcoming and professional front desk presence.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers at the reception desk
Attend to client inquiries and explain café and gaming packages clearly
Promote and sell packages and memberships to walk-in customers
Handle bookings, entries, and basic billing at the reception
Lead and coordinate a team of 10 staff members
Ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk
Handle customer concerns confidently and professionally
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a positive atmosphere at reception
Coordinate with management for staff scheduling and operations

Requirements & Qualifications

Female candidate preferred
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Receptionist / Front Desk Executive
Experience in customer handling and package sales
Ability to communicate confidently in English
Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality
Strong leadership and team-handling skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Immediate joiner preferred

Preferred Skills

Experience in hospitality, café, gaming zone, or entertainment industry
Basic computer and billing knowledge
Problem-solving and communication skills
