As a Market Research and Analysis professional, your role will primarily involve conducting in-depth market research and analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges in the food industry. You will be responsible for product positioning and branding strategies to effectively differentiate our products in the market. Your expertise in sales enablement will be crucial in supporting the sales team with the necessary tools and resources to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends and opportunities - Develop product positioning and branding strategies - Support sales team with sales enablement tools and resources - Coordinate product launches and ensure successful execution - Explore partnerships and collaborations to expand market reach - Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met - Manage customer relationships through effective CRM strategies - Generate analytics and reports to track performance metrics Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology - 3-7 years of experience in market research and analysis - Preferred experience in laboratory food marketing In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will be working in a full-time, permanent role with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, provided food, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
