Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Food Consultant, primarily based in Mumbai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Food Consultant will be responsible for crafting innovative food and beverage solutions, designing and refining menus, and strategizing kitchen and bar operations. They will contribute to food technology advancements, coordinate catering services, and collaborate on client projects to deliver optimal dining experiences. Additionally, the role involves fostering client relationships and supporting sales efforts by presenting tailored culinary solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Food & Beverage, Culinary Skills, and Food Technology
• Experience in Catering services and event planning
• Knowledge in Sales and ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Exceptional creativity and a commitment to delivering high-quality culinary experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both on-site in Mumbai and remotely as required
• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Food Technology, Hospitality Management, or related fields
• Prior experience in consulting or high-end restaurant environments is a plus
