: ₹15,000–₹25,000 (experience-based)

About the role

• 
  Hiring for multiple modern cafés with European / Mediterranean / Continental‑leaning menus in Bandra.
• You’ll work in compact, fast‑paced, all‑electric kitchens focused on breakfast, bowls, sandwiches, burgers, small plates and café‑style mains

Key responsibilitie

  Work on hot kitchen production and live servi
• ceCook and plate breakfast, bowls, sandwiches, burgers and small plates to set standar
• dsAssist in assembling ice‑cream / dessert plates and sundaes (no pastry‑lab wor
• k)Handle mise en place, storage, cleaning and station hygie
• neSupport Head / Sous Chefs in trials, tastings and new dish
• esFollow strict food safety and closing checklis
