Job Description

Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Commis Chef to support kitchen operations and assist in food preparation under the guidance of senior chefs. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, maintains high hygiene standards, and contributes positively to the kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating as per kitchen standards
Follow recipes and instructions from senior chefs
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met
Assist with stock rotation and basic inventory tasks
Support the team during service to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

Basic culinary training or relevant kitchen experience
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends
Team player with a positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
