Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Food Consultant to support our food production setup, particularly in our Momo and Noodle units. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in food processing operations, product development, and quality compliance, and be able to guide the team in optimizing production efficiency and maintaining hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and improve production processes for Momo and Noodle manufacturing.
• Develop and test new recipes and product formulations.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance as per FSSAI standards.
• Streamline production workflows and suggest cost-effective process improvements.
• Monitor ingredient quality, storage, and handling procedures.
• Train production staff on best practices for quality and safety.
• Collaborate with management to enhance product consistency and output efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field.
• Minimum 1–4 years of experience in food processing, preferably in Momo, Noodle, or similar product categories.
• Strong knowledge of FSSAI standards, HACCP, and food hygiene protocols.
• Hands-on expertise in production setup, process optimization, and R&D.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
