Our Water front Lawn is the “Most sought after “Destination marriage Venue” in Mid-Kerala. 11 kms from Guruvayur temple and 18 kms from Thrissur town. We are looking for a dynamic Food & Beverages Manager to lead our food services team.

Food & Beverage Manager:

Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, banquets, in-room dining, and bar services. The role involves strategic planning, team leadership, guest satisfaction, cost control, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The F&B Manager is responsible for maintaining high service standards while optimising the profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant and banquet operations.
• Ensure seamless kitchen-service team coordination.
• Uphold high guest satisfaction and resolve complaints.
• Recruit, train, and develop F&B staff.
• Manage departmental budgets and control costs.
• Drive revenue through upselling and promotions.
• Handle banquet reservations and event execution.
• Enforce all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Eligibility & Skill Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Star Hotel / Resort as "Food & Beverages Manager" position.
• Knowledge of Hotsoft PMS preferred.

· Excellent communication and guest handling abilities.

· Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.

· Knowledge of food & beverage trends and service innovations.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
