We are looking for a skilled Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate food and beverage staff activities to ensure excellent customer service.
Manage inventory and supplies to maintain high standards of quality and freshness.
Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and staff supervision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
