Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager (F&B) with 5+ years of experience to oversee our food & beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service and seamless execution of events.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

✔ Oversee daily operations of Calcutta Calling’s dining, catering, and QSR services.
✔ Ensure high-quality food & beverage service standards across all hospitality operations.✔ Manage vendor relationships, inventory, and procurement for efficient supply chain operations.✔ Supervise and train F&B teams to maintain excellence in service and customer satisfaction.✔ Coordinate with the event management team to execute catering and hospitality services seamlessly.✔ Monitor financial performance, optimize costs, and maximize revenue generation.✔ Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and industry regulations.✔ Innovate and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences and brand positioning.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

5+ years of experience in F&B operations, hospitality, or catering.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
• Knowledge of industry trends, food safety regulations, and operational best practices.
• Experience in event-based F&B operations is a plus.
