Job Title: Vice President – Food & Beverage (F&B) Location: Delhi Reports To: Founders Department: Food & Beverage Job Summary: The Vice President – Food & Beverage will be responsible for leading the strategic development, execution, and financial performance of all F&B operations across the organization. This executive-level role requires a visionary leader with deep expertise in food and beverage trends, operations management, brand development, and guest experience. The VP will oversee all restaurants, bars, catering, culinary operations, and beverage programs, ensuring excellence, innovation, and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement long-term F&B strategies aligned with company goals. Lead and mentor regional F&B directors and property-level leadership. Identify market trends and implement innovative F&B concepts. Operational Oversight: Ensure operational efficiency and consistency across all F&B outlets. Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, service, and hygiene. Oversee vendor negotiations, supply chain optimization, and cost control. Financial Management: Set and achieve financial targets including revenue, profitability, and cost management. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly performance reports. Drive initiatives for revenue generation and margin improvement. Brand Development & Guest Experience: Curate and evolve the F&B brand identity across different venues. Champion exceptional guest experiences through service design and team training. Lead concept development for new venues and renovations. Compliance & Standards: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal food safety and labor regulations. Implement and audit SOPs and quality control programs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field. 12–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in F&B within the hospitality, restaurant, or hotel industry. Proven track record of managing multi-location operations or large hotel groups. Deep knowledge of culinary trends, beverage programs, and dining innovation. Strong financial acumen and P&L responsibility experience. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred Attributes: Experience in luxury or lifestyle brands is a plus. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for food culture. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
