Food and Beverage Operations Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day food and beverage operations ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Oversee multiple outlets, vendors, and concessionaires at the airport.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor and optimize operational costs and profitability.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and airport authorities.
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff to maintain service standards.
  • Implement SOPs to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Work closely with marketing and branding teams for promotions and visibility.
  • Conduct regular audits and ensure adherence to operational SOPs.


Requirements:

  • 5–15 years of experience in food and beverage operations.
  • Strong preference for candidates from

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
