Job Description

As F&B Manager, you will oversee daily restaurant operations and supervise the F&B team to ensure smooth guest service.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage F&B staff and assign shifts
  • Monitor service standards and guest satisfaction
  • Liaise with kitchen and front office teams
  • Maintain cleanliness and organize dining service

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of F&B supervisory experience
  • Strong interpersonal and team management skills
  • Working knowledge of POS systems and hotel operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Work Location: In person
