Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in Mussoorie. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of our restaurant, managing food service, ensuring high standards of customer service, and providing training to staff. They will also be responsible for budgeting and maintaining cost control, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Training experience and the ability to mentor staff
• Proficient in Budgeting and cost control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
