Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage food & beverage operations to ensure high-quality service standards, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Oversee daily activities of F&B staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
Develop menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements while maintaining profitability.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all aspects of F&B operations.
Collaborate with other departments (housekeeping, front office) to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Preferred candidate profile

10-15 years of experience in hospitality management or related field.
Degree/diploma in Hotel Management (BHM), B.Sc in Hospitality and Hotel Management or equivalent qualification.
Proven track record of success in managing F&B outlets within a hotel setting
