The F&B Service Executive is responsible for supervising and managing all Food & Beverage service operations to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role involves leading the service team, maintaining high standards of quality, and handling guest relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily F&B service operations and ensure all standards are met.
• Lead, train, and mentor the F&B service team.
• Manage guest interactions and resolve any issues promptly.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth service flow.
• Monitor and control F&B costs and ensure proper inventory management.
• Uphold all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of F&B operations and service standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
