We are looking for a skilled DCDP to specialize in Tandoor.

Role requires expertise in preparing and cooking all tandoor-based items while maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook tandoori dishes, including breads and kebabs.
• Operate and maintain the tandoor oven.
• Assist with prep work and inventory for the Tandoor section.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a DCDP or Commis I with Tandoor experience.
• Strong knowledge of tandoori cooking techniques and food safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
