F&B Associate

F&B Service Associate is responsible for delivering high-quality service to guests in all F&B outlets, ensuring guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards, product knowledge, and professional conduct. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong guest-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service & Operations
• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist in making menu selections.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and beverages as per service standards.
• Ensure tables are properly set up, cleared, and reset in a timely manner.
• Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently, escalating when required.

Standards & Compliance

• Follow all service procedures as per Sops (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the service area at all times.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.

Teamwork & Coordination

Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.

Assist colleagues during peak operations to ensure smooth guest service.

Participate in departmental briefings and training sessions.

Up selling & Revenue

• Suggestively sell food and beverages to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
• Maintain good product knowledge about menu items, ingredients, and promotions.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in F&B Service, preferably in hotels or resorts.
• Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management or relevant training is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Guest-oriented attitude with a pleasant personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-driven environment.
• Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holiday schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
