Role Description

This full-time on-site role is based in Hyderabad for a Food and Beverage Associate. The associate will be responsible for overseeing food service, ensuring an excellent dining experience for guests, and maintaining high service standards. Key tasks include handling customer requests, and ensuring the dining area meets quality and cleanliness standards. The role involves substantial guest interaction and requires teamwork within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

Proficiency in food service and food and beverage operations
Strong customer service and guest engagement skills
Effective communication abilities for both team and guest interactions
Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and quality standards
Previous experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is a plus
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Hotel management diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certifications are advantageous
