Food and Beverage Associate

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8-25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in food and beverage service.

• Manage daily food and beverage operations, including inventory management and stock control.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and resolving complaints professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop and implement new menu ideas and promotions to increase sales and revenue.
• Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Associate or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage products, including menu planning and costing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy in all aspects of work.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
