Job Description

Welcome guests courteously and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
Serve food and beverages promptly, professionally, and in line with service standards.
Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained before and after service.
Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints efficiently and politely.
Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming, and uniform compliance.
Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Upsell menu items and promote ongoing offers to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Process bills and payments accurately, if assigned.
Follow all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
