Food and Beverage Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar
• Serve food and beverages promptly as per service standards
• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and presentation
• Assist guests with menu selections and explain dishes and beverages
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in service areas
• Clear tables, reset for the next service, and assist in closing duties
• Follow hotel policies, SOPs, and service etiquette
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service operations
• Adhere to grooming and uniform standards at all times

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred)
• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience may apply
• Industrial Exposure Training (IET) / On-the-Job Training (OJT) candidates welcome

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
