Food And Beverage Assistant

Job Overview:

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service, whether it’s through food running, table service, or supporting the kitchen and bar team. You will be the face of our establishment—friendly, efficient, and always attentive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests with a welcoming attitude

• Take accurate food and beverage orders

• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally

• Ensure tables are clean, cleared, and reset efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness of service and dining areas

• Assist in setting up the restaurant before service and packing down after

• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service

• Upsell menu items when appropriate and answer customer queries confidently

• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times

• Support with basic bar or kitchen prep tasks if needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in F&B or hospitality preferred (training can be provided)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

• Physically fit able to be on your feet for long shifts

• Passion for food, drinks, and customer service
