FMS Manager / Facility Manager

We are looking for a Facility Management Services (FMS) Manager to oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensure smooth functioning of building infrastructure, and manage housekeeping, security, maintenance, and vendor services. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills to maintain a safe, efficient, and well-managed workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee facility operations including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and cafeteria services.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of building, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.
• Handle vendor management – negotiate contracts, monitor service quality, and ensure timely delivery.
• Plan and control budgets for facility operations and maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and efficient functioning.
• Manage space planning, office layout, and workplace utilization.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth facility support.
• Handle emergencies (fire, power outage, breakdowns) effectively with minimum downtime.
• Prepare MIS reports on facility operations and improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in facility management or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, safety).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage vendors, contracts, and budgets.
• Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
